Chief Executive Officer

A Certified Public Accountant, Jarrett Bluth was previously a partner at CohnReznick LLP, a national accounting, tax, and advisory firm. While there, he provided transaction advisory, strategic planning, consulting, tax and accounting services to technology, real estate, and leasing businesses with domestic and international operations. Prior to joining CohnReznick in 2005, Jarrett spent four years at Ernst & Young LLP, where he provided accounting and tax services to Fortune 500 companies. Jarrett has been involved in more than $1.5 billion of M&A, reorganization, and similar transactions. His experience includes business consulting, domestic and international reorganizations, joint ventures, and transaction and tax advisory services. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.

Vice President and General Counsel

Jason has substantial experience in the financing and deployment of wireless telecommunication assets, and he oversees Cheytec’s real estate and its distributed antenna systems. As the head of Cheytec’s legal group, Jason is responsible for the company’s real estate leases with property owners, its in-building radio distribution and license agreements with network operators, and various other legal and business matters. Jason was previously a partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a leading national law firm, where he handled high stakes transactions and disputes for technology companies and other Fortune 500 companies. He began his legal career as an associate of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York, and he has a JD, magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and a BA from Columbia University. Jason played baseball at Columbia and one season of minor league baseball in the New York Yankees organization. He is also currently a board member of Daughters of Israel, a non-profit nursing home.

Gregg Tully

Vice President of Finance and Operations

Gregg Tully brings leadership to Cheytec’s corporate finance and planning teams. His financial background and experience drives Cheytec’s financing aspects of its in-building programs, through the development of unique models for each customer situation. Prior to joining Cheytec in 2015, Gregg was Senior Manager at CohnReznick LLP where he focused on companies with significant capital raises and public offerings. He has worked closely with upper management teams of publicly traded companies and pre-IPO ventures, and with a broad array of banks and equity groups, to achieve their common goals. Gregg received his BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and his MBA from Rider University’s College of Business Administration. Gregg is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey with a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation and holds membership with the American Institute of Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Head of Sales

As leader of our sales and business development, Michael B. Wright oversees Cheytec’s in-building solutions for real estate and enterprise ownership groups, with a focus on industry verticals in the hospitality, public venue, education, multi-tenant/mixed use, and government spaces. Prior to joining Cheytec, Michael was a sales director for In-Building LTE Systems at Ericsson Inc. In that capacity, he was responsible for leading the sales and channel development for Ericsson’s innovative Radio DOT system and other small cell technologies. While at Ericsson, Michael also worked on numerous Small Cell, Transport, Video, and 4G IP projects. Before joining Ericsson, Michael held various sales and management positions with Fibertower, Level 3 Communications, Global Crossing, and Broadwing Communications. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language Arts from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Ed Myers

Regional Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Ed Myers brings more than two decades of industry experience to his role at Cheytec. Here, he is responsible for the development of our real estate portfolio, wireless operator sales, and marketing program for in-building and other telecommunication system sales. Prior to joining Cheytec, Ed was one of the founders and Vice President of Sales for the telecom group at Parallel Infrastructure, a national build-to-suit tower company. Ed has also held leadership roles with Widelity, a telecommunications consulting firm, AT&T and FiberTower, and he has consulted for Qwest, Level 3, Verizon and T-Mobile. Ed is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

José Sangiuliano

Head of Engineering

Prior to joining Cheytec, José worked for Ericsson for 20 years. At the beginning of his career, José was dedicated to the RF design of macro cellular networks. In that capacity, he designed and optimized macro networks for all major operators in North and South America. In 2002/2003 José started designing In-Building networks and quickly became specialized in that type of design and very passionate about the subject. As a pioneer of some of the high capacity design strategies that are widely applied today in sport venues and transportation hubs, José’s specialized experience led him to the CTO team for the Verizon account. As the SME for all In-Building solutions delivered to Verizon Wireless, he advised the engineering team and supported sales. Later, José worked on business development inside the Verizon account, focused on In-Building solutions. José has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mauá College of Engineering, in São Paulo, Brazil.
